Terms of Submission

I hereby agree that any story, anecdote, or other work (Thanking A Soldier Story or They walk among us story SUBMISSION) I submit to warroom.com/quinn and rose shall be subject to editing and shall or shall not be broadcast, printed, or re-published in the sole discretion of (Quinn and Rose/David Productions/The Warroom), with or without attribution to me.

Intending to be legally bound, I hereby grant [Quinn and Rose/David Productions/The Warroom] all of my right, title and interest in and to the Submission in original and edited form, in all media and forms of reproduction and distribution now in existence or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, reproduction and distribution through broadcast radio, in print, and over the Internet.

This grant of rights includes, without limitation, all right to copyright the Submission and any adaptation or version of the Submission in the United States or throughout the world, in the name of [Quinn and Rose/David Productions/The Warroom] for any purpose, including a commercial purpose.

I represent and warrant that the Submission is an original work that has not been published previously; that publication of the Submission will not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary right or any other rights of any kind of any third party; and that I have the exclusive right, power and authority to make this grant of rights to [Quinn and Rose/David Productions/The Warroom]."
