BUS TRIP - "EMERGENCY HOUSE CALL in DC" - Michelle Bachmann

Ross Town Center Mall
7213 McKnight Rd
Pittsburgh, PA 15237

Representative Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) is calling on a major visit to the Capitol - a "House" Call to stand up against the Healthcare Bill that Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and President Obama are slamming at mach speed through both houses of Congress.  She'd like everyone to meet on the steps of the Capitol Building at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009.

Our Bus Company has agreed to offer a bus(es) for this trip to DC. It is very short notice and so we need you all to STEP UP! If ever you rallied to a cause, now is the time!

You MUST email our bus company for a seat reservation. Do not do this if you think you just might want to go.  Do this ONLY if you are making a confirmed reservation and do this NOW, IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIT!!! We need a minimum of 35 people for a bus.

Here is the email address: gstd@deboltunlimited.com

The cost is $49.00 and it includes the permit for the bus in DC and the gratuity for the bus driver.

This time, we will not be riding the metro. The bus driver will take us in as close to the Capitol Building as possible!

We are leaving at 5:00 a.m. (DO NOT BE LATE!), from the Ross Town Center (Strip Mall), across from Ross Park Mall on McKnight Road (enter at the Wendy's).  We will be low in the parking lot as close to McKnight as possible at the most southern end of the mall.

There will be one convenience stop both directions.

Our return will be tentatively around 10:00 p.m.

Again... Please email our bus company to schedule your reservation!

RSVP for Congressional House Call Day

Dear Taxpayer,

President Obama, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader Harry Reid - think you and I are tired and losing interest. The New York Times and other media outlets are writing that the grassroots fire burned out in August and September and now Nancy Pelosi is trying to force her 1,990 page House bill on the American people.

I'm asking you to make a "Congressional House Call" this Thursday, November 5 to tell your Senator or Congressman to vote NO on the government health care takeover.

Join fellow freedom fighters across the country standing up one more time by going to your in-state Senate and House offices on November 5 with a simple message -- "Keep your hands off my health care. Vote NO!"

This is how you can make a difference:

  • 1. Click Here to let us know you're willing to stand up for your freedom by walking in to the district office of your Senator or Congressman on November 5. You can also Click Here to go directly to a page that lists all of the local offices within your state.
  • 2. Please forward this information to at least 5 of your family and friends by Clicking Here. We need as many Americans as possible to take a stand, and you are the best recruiter because they know and trust you.

We've got to show that Americans like you are still in the fight, still focused, still willing to stand up and be counted.

Our goal is simple: on November 5 have activists like you show up at key Senate and Congressional offices in your state with your own message telling them to keep their "hands off your health care."

November 5 is less than 2 days from today. I need to know if you're willing to be a part of the "Congressional House Call", so please Click Here if you are willing to consider being a part of this crucial project.
